Step 1: Let’s Chat!

First things first, we’ll hop on a quick 20-minute phone call. This isn’t your typical formal consultation; think of it more like a friendly chat over coffee (or tea — we’re inclusive!). We’ll get to know each other, understand your challenges and goals, and answer any questions you have. Don’t worry; there are no wrong questions here — this is a laid-back, zero-obligation time that is all about YOU. No icky sales stuff.

Step 2: Show Us Your Space (Or Not)!

Now comes the fun part — showing us your space! You can either snap some photos or take a video tour. We get it; not everyone feels comfortable sharing their cluttered corners immediately. If that’s you, no sweat! We’re more than happy to schedule an onsite walk-through where we can work our magic in person.

Step 3: Your Proposal: Our Vibe, Your Goals, Rough Estimate

Once we understand your space and goals, we will pull together the necessary information for you. You’ll receive a customized presentation that outlines our approach, a big-picture plan on how we would chunk down your project, and an estimate of costs along with our policies. It’s like unwrapping a personalized roadmap to your clutter-free paradise!

Step 4: Let’s Get You on the Books & Introduce You to Your Organizer

We’ll send a scheduling link if you’re thrilled with what you see (and we’re pretty sure you will be). This magical link will whisk you away to our calendar, where you can pick a time that works best for you. Say goodbye to clutter and hello to organized bliss—it’s just a few clicks away! 

At about the same time, you will be introduced via text to your lead organizer, and you two can discuss a good time for your complimentary thirty-minute walk-through. During this walk-through, you will get to meet your Rock-Star organizer, ask any questions you have at the time, and create a strategy for your first session.

Step 5: Preparing for Success: ‘What to Expect’ Video

Before your first session, we’ll send you a special ‘what to expect’ video. Consider it your backstage pass to the decluttering extravaganza! You’ll get insider tips, a sneak peek into our process, and everything you need to ensure you get the best value from our sessions. We believe in setting you up for success right from the start!
